We hired AMRITA Events for month of coordination for our Haldi and Sangeet. A couple of weeks have passed since our events, and we have been reflecting on how flawlessly they were executed. One of our best decisions was to hire Amrita. From our first phone call Amrita understood our vision and was able to give suggestions that would enhance what we already had planned.
We had around 15 vendors for those 2 events and coordinating all of them was no easy feat. Amrita had great communication with each vendor and was able to seamlessly create a timeline that perfectly aligned to each one. I even had a vendor tell me that she has been in the industry for years and has never seen this kind of organization. At the 11th hour when we needed a critical vendor, Amrita used her connections and we were able to sign the contract in the following days. We also had a vendor drop out the week before our events and Amrita did not panic but encouraged us to create a backup plan.
Notably, Amrita’s calm demeanor was present throughout the day and did not waver despite unexpected situations. She played a large part in the smooth transition from the first event to the second event. She was involved in all aspects, from making sure we ate to setting up DIY decor. Our guests had an incredible time and are still reaching out to us with compliments about our events. We could not recommend AMRITA Events enough for your pre-wedding and wedding events. My parents are already talking about how they want to hire Amrita when my sister gets married!
